  • Estimated Delivery: 11–19 business days

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. Following inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for eligible products. Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Quvionix charges no restocking fee.

Order cancellation is available before shipment.
